I had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel in Madrid. The hotel was surrounded by great restaurants, making it easy to find delicious meals. it was conveniently close to the Metro, allowing for easy exploration of the city. The room was comfortable and clean, with high-quality kitchen facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I especially appreciated the extra amenities provided for families, such as baby toys and bathroom facilities for children.
There was a lack of attention to detail when it came to room cleanliness, as the towels were not changed during my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel located in the center of the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We found it convenient to have parking available, and the transportation options were easily accessible. The location of the hotel in the heart of the city, nestled in a charming alley, made it close to popular shops.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I had a great experience at this hotel in central Madrid. The location was perfect – it's in a quiet area, but still close to all the main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped with a full kitchen. The hotel even offers breakfast included in the price, which was a nice bonus. I also appreciated that the hotel had a bar just outside the apartments, making it convenient to grab a drink. this hotel provided great value for money, with attention to detail and basic amenities.
No improvements needed – everything was just fine.

The location of L&H Gran Via Selection is fantastic, with easy access to all the attractions in the center and plenty of good restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the cleaning service was excellent, with a daily clean, daily linen change, and turndown service. The staff, particularly Diandra, Raul, and Sara, were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.
